Nature’s Tools for Wellness
10 a.m. on Tuesdays, April 13 and 27
Please register by April 8*
Spring brings renewed opportunities for time outdoors as color, warmth, and birdsong increase. Exploring nature, whether alone or with others, offers many options for enjoyment and wellness.
In April, support group sessions will include opportunities to talk about favorite springtime health-promoting activities. Naturopathic Doctor Rebecca Lovejoy, ND, LAc, will be our guest to discuss “forest bathing,” a practice that does not actually involve skin cleaning. Each week will also offer time for participants to share about living with cancer.
*The support group and Zoom application are free, but registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
A counselor will contact each new participant before the first session to check comfort with use of Zoom and review confidentiality.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, a survivor, a family member or a friend of someone who has cancer, you are invited to attend the Living with Cancer Support Group at Goshen Center for Cancer Care.
10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
2nd and 4th Tuesdays
