Exploring Mindfulness: A Virtual Support Group
The Mind-Body Counselors are excited to offer two more Exploring Mindfulness online support group series utilizing Zoom.
Mindfulness is about learning to experience life fully as it unfolds—moment by moment. Through the practice of mindfulness, we can learn to develop greater calmness and clarity in facing and embracing all life experiences, and turning them into occasions for learning, growing and deepening our own strength and wisdom. Mindfulness has been linked with improvements in a wide range of cancer-related symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, fear of recurrence, fatigue, sleep, and more.

The Goshen Center for Cancer Care has been offering on-site support groups for people with cancer and their loved ones for almost 20 years. Due to our commitment to the safety and health of everyone we care for during COVID-19, Living with Cancer support groups were put on hold in mid-March.
